Middle Tennessee By discretion since 2007

Some of Nashville's finest homes never see a sign in the yard.

For nineteen years, Greg Cooley has represented the buyers and sellers who value their privacy as much as their property. This is the art of the deal, handled quietly.

Why Greg

Nineteen years. One standard. Complete discretion.

Greg built his name on the art of the deal and marketing that makes a remarkable home unforgettable. The clientele tends to be people whose names you already know, which is exactly why their transactions stay out of the headlines.

01

The Quiet Network

Nineteen years of relationships with Nashville's notable buyers, sellers, and the agents who represent them. The best deals begin with a phone call, not a listing.

02

The Art of the Deal

A strategic negotiator who protects your price and your privacy at once. Every deal is structured so you win without ever being exposed.

03

Cinematic Marketing

Every home is filmed and presented like the singular property it is. Marketing built to make a remarkable home impossible to forget.

I.
The situation
A client with a recognizable name needed to sell. A public listing was never an option, and timing was tight.
II.
The strategy
The home was marketed quietly to a vetted circle of qualified buyers and trusted agents, never the MLS, never social media.
III.
The result
A single private buyer, full asking price, and a closing that never appeared in a feed. The way these things should be handled.

About Greg Cooley

By twenty-four, the youngest principal broker in Tennessee.

Greg Cooley started in real estate in 2007 and rose fast. He founded Chateau Properties in 2011 to build something rare in this market, a boutique luxury brand that treats every client like the only one.

In 2018 he became a founding broker at Compass Nashville and helped grow the office from eight brokers to more than three hundred, leading the local Sports and Entertainment Division along the way. In 2023 he stepped away from that leadership to return to the personal, hands-on work he loves most.

A Belmont University graduate rooted in Music City, Greg represents recording artists, athletes, authors, and executives with the same standard every time. Sharp negotiation, standout marketing, and discretion that never wavers.
